When you use the platform, our servers automatically log standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, access times, and the requests you make to the Service. We use these logs to secure the platform, detect and prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

3. SMS/Text Message Communications

If you provide a phone number, we may send you SMS text messages containing transactional alerts about your monitored equipment. These messages are strictly operational and include critical equipment alerts, alarm notifications, and service status updates.

  • Purpose: Phone numbers are used solely for delivering transactional equipment alerts. We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.
  • No Third-Party Marketing: We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your equipment alert settings and conditions.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply.

  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our Service, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting, storage, and email/SMS delivery, and MongoDB Atlas for database hosting.

  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
