When you use the platform, our servers automatically log standard technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system and device type, access times, and the requests you make to the Service. 3. SMS/Text Message Communications

• Purpose: Phone numbers are used solely for delivering transactional equipment alerts. We do not use your phone number for marketing or promotional messages.
• No Third-Party Marketing: We do not share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your equipment alert settings and conditions.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by updating your notification preferences in your account settings. Standard message and data rates may apply.

• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our Service, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud hosting, storage, and email/SMS delivery, and MongoDB Atlas for database hosting.
